Dua Lipa is an English singer and songwriter who was born on the 22nd of August 1995 within London United Kingdom. In 2014, after working as a model and actress, she signed with Warner Bros Records. She launched her self-titled debut album in the year 2017. It peaked at number three at the U.K. Albums Chart and released eight singles which included Be The One I.D.G.A.F as well as the U.K. number-one single New Rules which peaked at number six within the United States. The album, which has since been certified Platinum in various nations around the globe, won her two Brit Awards (in 2018) in the categories of British Female Single Artist and British Breakthrough artist. Dua Lipa was the daughter of Kosovo Albanian parents Anesa A Rexha Lipa and Dukagjin Dukagjin in London Born on 22 August 1995. The maternal grandparents of her are Bosnian.
